In line with the SKY Project’s goal of improving the soft skills of workers in the Global South, we are launching a new board game-based training program called Management Masters!

This one-day training program aims to develop the soft skills of beginner-level managers as they try to navigate through various simulations of workplace situations while interacting with their peers.

The pilot implementation of Management Masters is being arranged this summer 2026 at the First Philippine Industrial Park (FPIP) in Batangas, Philippines. In line with this, the SKY Project Team will personally conduct the following briefing sessions to company representatives at FPIP:

10:45-12:00 PM (Language: Japanese, Venue: Kasai Advanced Manufacturing Philippines Inc.)

March 12, 2026
13:00-14:00 PM (Language: English, Venue: First College Campus)
14:30-15:30 PM (Language: Japanese, Venue: First College Campus)

We are currently accepting applications to participate in the pilot implementation this summer. If you are interested to join the Management Masters pilot training program or are only interested to join the briefing session for now, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Since we are launching a new board game, this summer training program will be free of charge to our pilot implementation participants.
