In April 2022, the book “Japan’s International Cooperation in Education: History and Prospects” was published. This volume is the outcome of the research project “Japan’s International Cooperation in Education: History and Prospects,” conducted by the JICA Ogata Sadako Research Institute for Peace and Development.
Chapter 7 titled “Japan’s Governmental Assistance in TVET for Industrial Human Resource Development: Changing Patterns of JICA’s Project-Based Cooperation,” and Chapter 8 titled “Private Sector-Led Cooperation in Industrial Human Resource Development: The Case of the Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships (AOTS)” were co-authored by Professor Yamada and Assistant Professor Shimazu, members of the SKY Project, along with Mr. Tsujimoto, a research officer at the JICA Ogata Sadako Research Institute for Peace and Development.
