Three SKY project members who visited Ethiopia for facilitators’ training and supervision of game-based soft skills training of manufacturing workers have just returned from the mission. The training is continued by Ethiopian counterparts, and nearly 300 people are expected to take part in the training and more than 500 people’s skills are going to be assessed. Here is the visual report of the trip. It started with two intensive days of game packaging involving not only project members but also graduate students, just before the departing flight to Ethiopia. Regardless of all the challenges in the course, seeing the vibrant interactions and beaming faces of participants, the project members were also empowered. Hope this fan program will also demonstrate significant improvement of soft skills.
