The JICA internal Seminar on the book “International Education Cooperation in Japan: History and Perspectives” published last year was held on July 30, 2020. SKY project members, Professor Yamada and Assistant Professor Shimazu with Mr. Tsujimoto, JICA Ogata Research Institute who are the co-authors of Chapters 6 and 7 of this book, made a presentation on the historical transition of Japanese TVET support for developing countries.
